For a quick treat for my niece's Mario birthday party we whipped up some cloud jello. It's a quick and simple treat that fits the theme of the party nicely.
Cloud Jello
Ingredients
1 box of blue gelatin mix
whipped cream
Directions
1. Prepare blue gelatin per instructions on box.
2. Spoon some blue gelatin into the bottom of the cup.
3. Place some whipped cream along the edges of the glass. Add more gelatin. Alternate gelatin and whipped cream until you have cup filled to desired height.
